Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support that includes all facets of office management. Latest CRM software needs to be used to prepare quotations, invoices, and shipment of goods. Regular communication with customers, suppliers and sales team.

Principal Accountabilities:

* Keep CRM system up to date.
* File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for departments as needed.
* Organizing and planning shipment of goods.
* Answer calls and maintain a rapid response rate.
* Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner.
* Enter and process customers’ orders for products.
* Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
* Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
* Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
* Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.

Minimum Requirements:

* Experience working in an office environment
* Computer Literate (MS Office and Internet)
* Fluent in English
* Minimum education level Senior High School


* IDR 1.5m max. per month depending on experience
* Annual Bonus Scheme
* 14 days vacation
