Responsibility:

The jobholder is responsible to contribute to growing consumer banking

insurance) to the existing high-end clients.

policy & procedure.

E.SERVICE RELATIONSHIP OFFICER – Personal Banking

Responsibility:

The jobholder is responsible to provide service and assistance to
Premier Customers and Relationship Managers and proactively engage in
sales & service activities.

Responsibility:

To serve and assist customers in most efficient and professional way,
do the daily balancing on physical money and transaction voucher
against our internal system, be vigilant of any suspected fraud or
fake notes, adhere with banking procedures and audit recommendation.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in any related
discipline with outstanding achievements and GPA minimum 2,75.
• Pleasant personality and excellent customer service orientation.
• Able to maintain high degree of work accuracy in a timely manner.

H.FINANCE and ACCOUNTING
( Code : F&A )

Responsibility:

The jobholder is responsible to manage the account payables report by
assisting Assistant Manager in preparing proper and accurate journal
entries within a specified time frame.

Requirement:

• Hold Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting or Finance from reputable
Universities with GPA minimum 2,75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
. Good analytical and logical thinking, good attention to details
especially related with number.

I.PROGRAMMER
( Code : PRG )

Responsibility:

The jobholder is responsible to prepare, write, test and also
maintenance system of AS400 computer applications according to HSBC
standard.

Requirement:

• Hold Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology or Computer Science
from reputable Universities with GPA minimum 2,75.
• Preferably having a minimum of 3 years experience in RPGILE
Programming and interfacing with AS400 / iSeries environment across
the spectrum of Web and J2EE technologies preferably in Financial /
Banking Institution.
• Customer Service oriented, proactive and possess good interpersonal
skill.
• Proficiency in English is a must, both verbal and written.

J. IT OPERATOR
( Code : OPR )

Responsibility:

The jobholder is responsible to oversee all technical services
operations in the area of Information Technology and ensuring that the
operation is run correctly, securely and efficiently.

Requirement:

• Hold Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology or Computer Science
from reputable Universities with GPA minimum 2,75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess General Knowledge of AS400 / iSeries environment

K.BACK OFFICE OPERATIONS

L.RELATIONSHIP STAFF – Consumer Finance

basis to understand individual customer profiles prior to processing
applications.

• Must have good analytical and interpersonal skills, strong customer
service skills and pay close attention to detail.
• Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, a marketing
orientation and the drive to succeed.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
• Must have a good command of English, both verbal and written.

M.STAFF CLIENT SERVICES – Business Banking
( Code : CS-BUB )

Responsibility:

To support the increase / growth of market share of corporate
customers and eventually to maximize shareholders’ values. On day to
day basis, to maintain business relationships with corporate customers
and do cross selling to the existing customers to gain optimum profit.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in any related
discipline with outstanding achievements and GPA minimum 2,75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of banking products (trade finance, cash management,
investment, treasury dealing, etc.) would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant.
• Is a self-driven individual with good teamwork.
• Proficiency in English is a must, both verbal and written. Mandarin
conversant skill would be an advantage.

N.STAFF CREDIT – Operations

To support Corporate Banking team in preparing credit agreements and

To assist Manager Client Services in managing customer relationships

level services in line with the service level agreements and other
value added services to maintain HSBC’s top custodian bank status.

Requirement:
