Our client, an International Company engaged in Advertising business, is currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the position of:

HR Administrator and Personal Assistant

Job description:
* Translation of business contracts between English and Bahasa
* Supporting the Country Manager and Regional Human Resource on HR Administrative issues

* Keeping records of all contracts and be in constant contact with Regional Office
* Good ad organizing and creating systems for follow up on all contract related issues
* Being a Personal Assistant to CEO and Business Development Manager on their secretarial and daily duties

General requirement:
* Male/female max 30yrs old, a degree holder
* Preferably has studied, worked or stayed abroad or any kind of international exposures
* Extra fluent in English both oral and written in business and law languages
* Familiar with legal text and able to do translation on business documents
* Having exposure in area of Human Resource and able to contribute to develop HR sector to support company grow
* Familiar with legal and or compliance duties
* Competencies required: Proactive, Initiative, Creative, Smart Worker, Persistence, Goal oriented, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
* Able to adopt quickly on dynamic working environment
